PayPal paid, WooCommerce still Pending?

This can happen when PayPal completes or captures a payment but WooCommerce does not update the order state correctly.

PayRescue checks the last 30 days in read-only mode and only counts recoverable GMV after PayPal status, amount and currency match the WooCommerce order.
