Check whether paid PayPal orders are stuck in WooCommerce.

PayRescue runs a read-only 30-day audit for payment-state mismatches such as PayPal completed while WooCommerce still shows Pending or Failed.

What the audit checks

Paid but stuck
PayPal says completed; WooCommerce does not.

Pending payment
Orders that may need status verification.

Failed orders
Orders that may still have a valid PayPal payment.

Recoverable GMV
Only confirmed after a completed PayPal capture, amount and currency match.

Safety boundary

No card numbers or CVV are stored. Recovery is off by default. The audit does not automatically change WooCommerce order status.

Credentials are used only during your audit and are never saved. Anonymous event counts contain no personal or order data.

Free audit. Pay only for funds actually recovered.

Audit is free. Recovery is off by default and requires your separate explicit authorization. The success fee is 10% of funds actually recovered. No recovery = no fee.

Request Recovery records a request only; it does not change orders. Already-paid order status corrections alone do not earn a fee. No subscriptions or automatic charges.

Sandbox validation has passed end-to-end. Sandbox amounts are test data, not merchant revenue.
